Pag-ibig ay sakripisyong walang kapantay, Handang ibigay, kahit sarili'y maubos at maubay. Hindi humihingi ng kapalit o gantimpala, Basta’t sa minamahal, may ligaya’t sigla. Ngunit ang tunay na pag-ibig ay matiyaga, Hindi bumibitaw sa gitna ng pagsubok at dusa. Ito'y lumalalim sa bawat pagsubok, Tulad ng ugat sa lupang matibay ang kapit at buhos.
